Maya is located at the tip of Atlantis peninsula, right at the end of the Akkum Beach. It is at 1.5-km walking distance to the Ancient City of Teos and Sığacık’s inner fortress.
Maya consists of single or double storey bungalows on a seafront location within the borders of the Ancient City of Teos, the nature of which is under careful protection. The hotel is open all year round.
Maya Hill is located at a point overlooking the peninsula where nature meets the sea, surrounded by olive trees. The bungalows are in the midst of nature and richly scenic. The large and spacious rooms with pool, sea and garden views are suitable for up to 3 adults.
Maya Home, located within the borders of Maya, is a bungalow specially designed to resemble a detached house with a bedroom, kitchenette, study corner, bathroom, balcony and terrace. It also has a private fenced garden for pets. Guests staying at Maya Home can use the services offered by the hotel, beach and bistro to the extent of the facilities provided. Cave Disco belonging to our holiday resort Atlantis is located on the seafront in a hidden cove, in the 
form of a semi-cave. It opens its doors to pleasant nights with its bar hidden in the bay, DJ 
performances and private parties. Cave Disco is equipped with a sound and light system, and serves a 
rich variety of local and imported alcoholic beverages as well as unique cocktails. Don't forget to add

Maya is the first boutique hotel with a heating system in Sığacık-Teos region. Our rooms are provided with central heating or air conditioning.

You can complete your check-in at the reception with your ID and booking documents. Alternatively, before arrival, you can quickly complete the process on our website by using the “Online C/in” button. 
We have an open parking lot with a capacity to hold 300 vehicles, which you can use free of charge. 
Our guests who want to use our free parking lot must comply with the rules set by the hotel. In case 
of parking in marked critical areas (entrance-exit points, active parking areas, etc.), vehicle keys must 
be handed over to the valets for ease of movement and safety of all vehicles. Our guests who do not 
want to hand over their car keys can park themselves in the upper section of our parking lot.
Our hotel is not responsible for valuable items left in the vehicle. Valuable items should be kept in 
the free safe in the room. Our company provides vehicle security for guests who deliver their car keys 
to our valets. Guests who do not deliver their keys will be responsible for vehicle security and any 
material damages that may arise.

Maya is a pet-friendly boutique hotel. You can stay with your pet at our private small houses.
Our charges for pets are TRY 250 per night for dogs and TRY 200 for cats. We provide food and water bowls, treats and bags.
Pets not classified as dangerous breeds are welcome in our boutique hotel at a limited number subject to extra charge and prior booking.  Prerequisites for admission include an up-to-date immunization card and your consent to the hygienic rules set by the hotel. 
Hygiene rules do not allow for entry into common areas (pools and restaurants) with your pets.  Our guests with pets can use the outdoor area of our restaurant.

Maya Bistro is located at the tip of Atlantis peninsula, on the rocks of the Ancient City of Teos right by the sea at the end of the row of bungalows.  Our restaurant is a pioneer of “Slow Food” which can host guests all year round in a floor-heated indoor area with a sea view or various outdoor areas including a deck and terraces.

Maya Bistro has a high-quality kitchen active from breakfast until the late hours of the night. Our initial aim is to provide local natural products directly from producers. How do we do that? First of all, we lovingly grow all possible products from heirloom seeds in our own organic garden. Our olive oil served at breakfast and used in our dishes comes from our century-old wild olive trees, the fruit of which is carefully produced into cold-pressed olive oil at Beyler village.  After breakfast, around noon, we throw pruned wood from our trees into our stone oven to bake tasty pizzas and Turkish pizzas. Cocktails specially made by our bartenders are served to you at the beach. As the day turns into night, we serve meat provided from local breeding farms and fresh fish purchased from the fish auction in Özbek village in the wee hours of the morning, and match them with the local wines of Gödence. And consider this: Our magnificent sea view accompanies all these delicious food & drinks. Better yet, don’t even consider it. Just bring yourself over here! 
At Maya Bistro, we pay attention to use products from local producers or grown in our own organic garden, thus we offer high-quality natural products at decent prices. We take care to be transparent about our prices and sustainable about our service. 
There is a tranquil private beach (Maya Beach) at the front of our hotel in an isolated corner of Sığacık’s popular Akkum beach. In addition, our hotel has another private beach with a platform inside the premises. You can enjoy these beaches free of charge throughout your stay.
For those guests who wish to experience Maya without accommodation, we apply a Maya Beach 
entrance fee.

It is a well-known fact that the Aegean Sea is more refreshing than the Mediterranean depending on the period of your visit. Guests looking for warmer water can enjoy our Sea Water (Saltwater) Pool.
Maya is known for its seafront location at the tip of the peninsula.  Owing to its locational advantage, Maya hosts motorized or non-motorized water sports. Don’t forget to visit our water sports and diving school with experienced trainers specialized in their fields.
