Maya Bistro has a high-quality kitchen active from breakfast until the late hours of the night. Our initial aim is to provide local natural products directly from producers. How do we do that? First of all, we lovingly grow all possible products from heirloom seeds in our own organic garden. Our olive oil served at breakfast and used in our dishes comes from our century-old wild olive trees, the fruit of which is carefully produced into cold-pressed olive oil at Beyler village.  After breakfast, around noon, we throw pruned wood from our trees into our stone oven to bake tasty pizzas and Turkish pizzas. Cocktails specially made by our bartenders are served to you at the beach. As the day turns into night, we serve meat provided from local breeding farms and fresh fish purchased from the fish auction in Özbek village in the wee hours of the morning, and match them with the local wines of Gödence. And consider this: Our magnificent sea view accompanies all these delicious food & drinks. Better yet, don’t even consider it. Just bring yourself over here!
